Lucy wanted a dance studio in her garden so she could work from home. This required the installation of a specialist cushioned floor as well as oversized roof lights and bi-folding doors to maximise the natural light.

A new extension was constructed to the rear of the property to accommodate the new, larger living space and separate utility. We also remodelled the first floor to create an en suite for the master bedroom.
