A complete refurbishment of a 1930s semi detached property. We built a double storey side extension, single storey rear extension and loft conversion including the complete refurbishment of all the rooms in the property.

Initially, Paul wanted a small side extension to create a utility room and dining room and an extensive loft conversion to create two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. He then asked us to reconfigure and redecorate the entire property.
