Ken wanted a large kitchen-diner with a new ground-floor washroom. We lifted steels into the ceiling to create a smooth, seamless finish. This was reflected in the kitchen-diner floor, which is now level with the brand new patio.

Denise wanted a Harvey Jones kitchen and needed to extend the ground floor to accommodate it. As part of the work, a utility room was created with an integrated shower. The loft conversion included two bedrooms and a shared shower room.
