Kantec is a London-based company working primarily in the residential design and construction sector. We started out working with architects to project manage and build big-budget residential builds requiring bespoke finishes. From these technically challenging projects came a number of smaller scale referrals for loft conversions and rear extensions. These types of renovations have developed into our core business, allowing us to deliver our tried and tested solutions, expert design and craftsmanship to home owners wanting to get more from their property, without the stress and sacrifice required to do it alone.

Co-founder and Director
Martin has 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, specifically within the residential sector. He was a site foreman for many years and was responsible for renovating over 150 properties.
He personally manages the teams who work on our high-end, bespoke projects and oversees the operational aspects of the business.
Kantec has been built around Martin’s ethos of having knowledgeable site teams and a well-managed process to deliver high-quality renovations.
Co-founder and Director
Suk spent the early part of his career project managing for international blue-chip companies, before making the move into construction. His departure from the corporate world was fuelled by a passion to offer a better way for people to extend and renovate their homes, so that they could enjoy the experience without having to dedicate their entire life to the process. Since co-founding Kantec, Suk has been responsible for over 150 residential projects.
After a short stint as a professional rugby player, Andy moved to London to work in the construction industry. He spent three years employed as a carpenter and joiner before moving into project management, working for one of the city’s largest loft conversion companies. Nearly 400 lofts later, he started his own residential refurbishments and extensions business and completed a degree in construction management. Andy’s passion for high-end, detail-oriented projects led him to Kantec, where he now manages operations for Kantec Bespoke.
Head of Sales
With over 20 years’ experience in law, financial services and account management, Nim has expanded his career into the construction industry. He has personally undertaken numerous property renovations and extensions both here and abroad, and he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our company.
Mac has been a project coordinator with Kantec since 2013. He comes from a multi-trade background with experience in roofing, decorating, tiling, carpentry, plumbing and electrics. Mac made the move to Kantec after spending eight years independently project managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and small extension builds.
Joe has worked as a project coordinator in construction for over seven years. His career has spanned roles across the commercial building and social housing sectors, as well as high-end residential refurbishments. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Lynda has over 15 years’ experience working across the residential property industry, primarily in human resources, administration, and office management roles.
Emilia has over 10 years’ experience in a variety of administrative and finance roles across the construction, project management, and facilities managements sectors.
